Your privacy matters.
We’re a security company. Protecting information is what we do — and that includes yours.
Effective date: February 20, 2026
Who we are
Computer Concepts Inc. (“CCI,” “we,” “us”) is a managed IT and cybersecurity services company based in Denver, Colorado. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website at www.computerci.com.
What we collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Organization name (optional)
- Areas of interest you select
- Message content you write
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party advertising scripts. We do not build behavioral profiles of our visitors.
How we use your information
Information submitted through our contact form is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Specifically, we use it to:
- Understand what you’re looking for
- Follow up with you by email or phone
- Determine whether our services are a good fit
That’s it. We don’t add you to marketing lists. We don’t send unsolicited emails. If we end up working together, any further data handling would be governed by a separate service agreement.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
- We do not use your information for advertising or remarketing
- We do not store payment information on this website
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13
Hosting and security
This website is built as a static site — plain HTML and CSS with no server-side code, no content management system, no database, and no third-party plugins. All traffic is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider’s secure infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest.
This architecture was chosen deliberately. Static sites have a near-zero attack surface compared to traditional CMS platforms — there is no server-side code to exploit, no database to breach, and no admin login to target. As a cybersecurity company, we apply the same security standards to our own operations that we recommend to our clients.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general site traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited most). If analytics are used, they will not collect personally identifiable information, will not use cookies, and will not track individual visitors across sessions or sites.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Withdraw any consent you’ve previously given
To make any of these requests, contact us at 303.756.9401 or through our contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. We don’t anticipate major changes — our approach to privacy is straightforward and isn’t likely to shift.
Questions?
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, we’re happy to talk. Reach us at 303.756.9401 or send a message through our contact page.
